PureLine Coverage L.L.C. - Website Terms & Conditions
Effective date: October 24, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of www.purelinecoverage.com (the "Website") and to the text messages and other communications described below. Please read them carefully. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1.1 Who we are
The Website is operated by PureLine Coverage L.L.C. ("PureLine Coverage," "we," "us," or "our"), an Illinois limited liability company (Illinois Secretary of State file #15844108) based in Schaumburg, Illinois.
PureLine Coverage is an independent insurance agency. We hold an Illinois business entity insurance producer license (#3003767283). Our designated producer is Oleg Vorostov, Illinois insurance producer license #21670310 (Property & Casualty: Casualty and Fire/Property).
We are not an insurance company. We do not issue policies, decide claims, or pay claims. Insurance is provided by the insurance companies that issue the policies.
Personal auto and homeowners insurance: we place coverage with insurance companies that have appointed us as an agent.
Trucking and commercial auto insurance: we often work through wholesale insurance brokers and managing general agents (MGAs), who place coverage with insurance companies.
We are licensed in Illinois for property and casualty insurance only. We are not licensed to sell life, accident and health, or surplus lines insurance.
1.2 How we are paid
We are usually paid a commission by the insurance company (and sometimes by the wholesale broker or MGA) when you buy or renew a policy through us. The commission is generally included in the premium. We may also receive other compensation from insurers based on factors such as volume or loss results. In some cases we may charge a broker or service fee. Any fee will be disclosed in writing before you pay it. If you have questions about how we are paid on your policy, ask us.
1.3 Quotes are estimates; no coverage until bound in writing
Any quote, premium indication, or rate we give you (on the Website, by phone, by text, or by email) is an estimate and is not binding.
All coverage is subject to the insurance company's underwriting and approval and to the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions of the policy actually issued.
Submitting a form, sending us documents, or talking with us does not put coverage in force. You have no coverage until the insurance company (or its authorized representative) confirms in writing that coverage is bound.
Premiums can change after binding, for example, after an audit, a motor vehicle record (MVR) or loss-run review, an inspection, or a change in drivers, vehicles, or operations.
1.4 Your responsibility to give accurate information
You agree to give us complete, accurate, and truthful information, and to tell us promptly about changes (for example, new drivers, vehicles, garaging locations, radius, commodities, or losses). Insurers rely on this information. Incomplete, false, or misleading information can lead to a higher premium, a denied claim, or the policy being cancelled, rescinded, or voided. If you give us information about other people (such as drivers or household members), you confirm you have the right to share it with us for the purposes in our Privacy Policy.
1.5 Website information is general
The information on the Website is general information about insurance. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not change any policy. The language of your actual policy controls. Coverage descriptions on the Website are summaries; not every coverage is available from every insurer or in every situation. Federal and state requirements (for example, FMCSA filing and minimum-limit rules) can change, so check with us and the agency involved about your situation.
1.6 Communications and your consent
When you contact us or request a quote, we will contact you about your request by phone, email, or text, as you choose.
Our Contact/Quote and About forms include two optional, separate checkboxes. Neither box is ever pre-checked:
Text messages (SMS): lets you agree to receive text messages from PureLine Coverage L.L.C., as described in the SMS Terms below.
Phone calls: lets you agree to receive calls from us at the number you give us, including marketing calls and calls made with an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or an AI-generated voice.
Consent is never a condition of buying any goods or services. You can still request a quote and buy insurance through us without checking either box.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us during a call, or emailing oleg@purelinecoverage.com.
1.7 SMS Terms (text messaging)
If you consent to receive SMS from PureLine Coverage L.L.C., you agree to receive customer care and quote and policy update SMS from us.
